Paige founded Greenlee Law, PLLC in 2014, and has been practicing law for over seventeen years, including serving as a law clerk and spending twelve years in private practice at both large and mid-sized firms in Tampa. She has extensive experience with many types of litigation matters, including contracts, real estate, construction and creditor’s rights, and practices in both State and Federal Court.

Immediately following law school, Paige served as a judicial law clerk for Honorable William Houston Brown and the Honorable Jennie D. Latta, United States Bankruptcy Judges for the Western District of Tennessee. Following her clerkship, she began practicing with a large Tampa law firm and spent her career in private practice in Tampa.

Paige has been a dedicated leader with local Florida professional organizations since the beginning of her legal career. Paige served as president of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division (“YLD”) during the 2012–2013 bar year, after having served on the Florida Bar YLD Board of Governors since 2007 is one of the 13th circuit representatives. In addition to representing the nearly 25,000 members of the YLD, as YLD President and President – Elect, Paige also served as a member of the Florida Bar Board of Governors for two years. During that time Paige served as a member of the Florida Bar Executive Committee, which acts on behalf of the bar in between meetings of the board and handles time – sensitive matters on discipline, lobby, rule – making, budgetary and other matters, and provides guidance and oversight of the selection of the Bars nominees to the Florida Governor for Florida’s judicial nominating commissions. In addition, Paige served for two years on the Bars Disciplinary Review Committee and on The Florida Bar Strategic Planning Committee.

Current

Paige currently serves on the Hillsborough County Bar Association (“HCBA”) Board of Directors, Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers Board of Directors, the Executive Council of the Business Law Section, and the Executive Council of the Solo and Small Firm Section. She previously served on the Florida Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism and the HCBA YLD Board of Directors.

In addition, Paige also is a strong supporter of access to justice and pro bono legal services. Paige was appointed by the Florida Bar Board of Governors to serve on the Board of Directors of the Florida Bar Foundation, and currently serves as the Chair of its Development Committee. She is a member of the Pearl Society, a women’s Philanthropic organization that supports Bay Area Legal Services.

As President of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, Paige was committed to ensuring that the YLD take the lead on technology issues facing law students and lawyers. Under her leadership, the YLD first begin considering a proposed rule change that would allow young lawyers to take the mandatory Practicing with Professionalism course online instead of requiring what is sometimes expensive, long-distance travel to fulfill this requirement in their first year of practice.  The YLD ultimately made this recommendation, which was approved by the Florida Bar Board of Governors, and ultimately, the Florida Supreme Court.

In addition, during Paige’s presidency, the YLD worked on several efforts to provide appropriate mentoring and training to young lawyers who immediately hang a shingle upon graduation from law school. One of its projects was to encourage lawyers to consider Resident at Law programs, developed by a Board of Governors member, which provide new law graduates with practical, hands-on legal experience and mentorship opportunities in which they practice at a law firm on a temporary basis for a salary, with the encouragement and expectation that they will participate in bar activities. Stetson law school has implemented a program that is based on this model.
